We are a team of smart and passionate people led by Prof. Richard Hopkins - Former Head of Operations, Red Bull Racing F1 & current Team Principal of Sunswift Racing.

Unlike most university spin-outs, we’re not tied to a single solution. Through our partnership with Australia’s top-ranked engineering university, UNSW, we have access to hundreds of cutting-edge research projects and breakthrough technologies.

Our team is led by Prof. Richard Hopkins, former Red Bull Racing F1 leader. His industry connections and high-performance mindset empower us to think big, move fast, and execute at the highest level.
We bring co-funding to the table
Through our partnership with the Australian Government’s Trailblazer for Recycling & Clean Energy (TRaCE), eligible projects may leverage industry matched funding - covering up to 40% of costs from the onset and reducing risk for partners in developing and deploying breakthrough technologies.
We have a world-class testbed for innovation
Our sister project, Sunswift Racing, is a Bridgestone World Solar Challenge champion and multiple Guinness World Record holder. We can integrate cutting-edge technologies into future vehicles, like the upcoming Sunswift 8, to validate and showcase real-world performance.
